If you purchased the product from Birdiebee.com, please follow the below instructions.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Birdiebee within 30 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn, altered or washed. To start your return, click HERE. A pre-paid return label will be sent to you once you have submitted your return request. An $8 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your full refund. Email us at email@example.com, if you have any questions regarding your return.
*Birdiebee reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
Returns on International orders will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method that offers a trackable shipping number. To initiate a return, please click HERE. We are unable to process returns for any intimate items that have been worn, altered or washed. All intimates returned must be in new and unused condition. All intimates that meet the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
30-DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Birdiebee covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from Birdiebee.com or an authorized dealer.
The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Birdiebee will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item. If you purchased the product from an authorized Birdiebee dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.
