1. HOW TO ENTER: 
"Birdiebee EVERYTHING BELLA Giveaway" starts at 9:00 A.M., PST on 8/16/2019 and ends at 11:59:00 PM., PST on 8/31/2019 ("Giveaway Period"). To enter, visit URL during the Giveaway Period and follow the instruction prompts. All required fields must be completed, or your entry will not be eligible. All entries must be received by 11:59:00 PM., PST on 8/31/2019 . Entry Limit: Only (1) entry will be permitted per person and per valid email address. 2 ADDITIONAL Entries per every $20 dollars spent on an order. Order must match the valid email address and name in our records. All entries become property of Birdiebee Brand and will not be returned. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Giveaway.

2. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING:

One (1) Grand prize package winner:

    • **This is an add-on ticket and requires a separate Grand Tasting, VIP or Chef Package ticket purchase to enter event.

NOTE: Prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable or substitutable. All federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes and other costs related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the Winner. Grand prize VIP tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. BIRDIEBEE is not responsible of transportation of the winner to the Wine Down Event. This is the responsibility of the winner. The gift certificates in each prize will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Redeemable only at Birdiebee.com. These gift certificates do not apply to shipping charges when redeemed. 


3. ELIGIBILITY: 

Anyone is eligible to enter the Giveaway. Must be 21 years or older to win the Grand Prize. ID must be provided upon receiving the Grand Prize.


4. WINNERS ANNOUNCED: 
On 9/7/2019 the name of the winners will be selected based of number of entries, counted by Sponsor, from among all the eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email on 9/7/2019 and announced on the Sponsor’s Instagram story on or about 9/7/2019. Winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: 
By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any person who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or to interfere with the proper play of this Giveaway, will be disqualified from participation in the Giveaway and all previous entries will be voided. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the Prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

If in the judgment of Sponsor, the Giveaway is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Giveaway, or if for any other reason the Giveaway cannot be run as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Giveaway or suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) . In the event of any discontinuation, suspension or termination, the potential winner(s) will be determined from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received to  date, in a random drawing to be conducted following the discontinuation, suspension or termination.

This Giveaway is NOT sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media used throughout this contest.

6. DELIVERY: 
The prize will be mailed to each winner. 

7. PRIVACY:
Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Giveaway will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Giveaway as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at https://shop.birdiebee.com/.
