ORDERS:
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed in 5 business days. In times of extreme high volume, such as sales, please note that orders may take 5-7 business days to process... 7-10 days for international orders. *Sales made after 12PM EST register on the next business day.*
How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account... Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number. This information will also be sent to you via email.
What are my shipping options?
Free Standard Shipping is offered on US orders of $150 or more. Discounted shipping rates listed below... Non-Continental US territories shipping rates are calculated @ checkout. Domestic packages are shipped via FEDEX Ground Economy. *Carrier options may vary depending on available options for your order. PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL DETAILS BELOW.*

Do you offer international shipping?
BIRDIEBEE offers worldwide shipping to all countries with the exception of Russia, Iraq and Iran. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes and/or freight costs (if applicable) — the customer is responsible for any potential fees. *Non-Continental US included.* Rates calculated at checkout, Deliver Duties Paid will be selected at checkout when available.
RETURNS + TERMS:
How do I return?
- Prior to requesting a return, please make sure your items are valid for return/exchange.
- RETURN/EXCHANGES (FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY) MUST BE MADE WITH IN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” + ITEMS CLASSIFIED AS "LINGERIE" OR "UNDERGARMENTS" ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ITEMS PURCHASED WITH PROMO CODES WITH A VALUE OF 30% ( OR MORE) OR ITEMS THAT DELIVER A GIFT W/ PURCHASE ARE VALID FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE OR VALID FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY ARE AS MARKED. *Newsletter sign-up codes are excluded from this policy + valid unless items purchased with code are combined with an alternate final sale/exchange only promo. (Please note that codes can not be combined or used in conjunction with sales unless specifically noted.) * If a final sale item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your final sale items back to you. You must retain tracking details for self-paid returns from your carrier of choice, you must be able to provide tracking + proof of delivery, if needed. Our 10 day return window begins on the date your item(s) are delivered. If you are unsure if your return/exchange will be approved please email us @ love@birdiebee.com. GWP items are not returnable. In the case of an approved special exception, the customer is responsible for cost of shipping.* Items purchased during sales and/or promotions may not qualify for free shipping or returns. - Please note that on orders that are applicable for a pre-paid return label, we are able to provide one label per order. Any additional approved return shipping will need to be self-mailed.
- All exchanges are valid for store credit only, when repurchasing the same item with your store credit, if the item’s price is higher than what your originally paid, please email us at love@birdiebee and we will price-match the item.
- To ensure your return is valid, please begin by reading the remainder of our return details here.
- Returns are subject to a standard $8 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund/credit which is applied toward the costs associated with return freight. *Additional surcharges may be added for exchanges of promotional/sale items when eligible -- or you are responsible for the return shipping of promotional/sale items when applicable. Please email love@birdiebee.com with any questions.*
- Orders may not be cancelled. Once your item is delivered a return or exchange may be processed, if the pending item is eligible. *There are no exceptions to this policy, cancellations are automated — we are unable to perform them manually.*
- International returns are subject to approval, customers are responsible for return shipping costs plus our standard restocking fee.
- Please email your return request to love@birdiebee.com (subj: returns.) Please include your order number.
- If you need more information on how to ship your return, please email love@birdiebee.com. *Please note that any items purchased on sale must be self-shipped when eligible for return.*
- If you are self-shipping a retuen, please emsure your items are being mailed to the correct place -- our Downtown Los Angeles Warehouse (90021.)
What items are returnable?
- Approved items with 10 days. *Our 10 day return window begins on the date your item(s) are delivered.*
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Items must be unused + in re-sellable condition.
- If you have tried on the item(s) for fit prior to making your return/exchange, you must ensure there is absolutely no makeup, perfume or deodorant on the garment.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags still intact.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted and/or sale items (when applicable, absolutely no exceptions.)
- Any + all intimates.
- Socks + footwear
- Worn or laundered garments/garments
- Garments with hangtags removed.
- In order to ensure proper hygiene, please wear your own underwear beneath any garments you try on for fit.
- Please refrain from wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant when trying on garments for fit. These items can leave marks or scents, which may cause your purchase to become non-returnable or may cause an additional return fee to be deducted from your credit.
- Special Promotions.
- Sale items when applicable.
Do you honor price adjustments?
- Due to limited inventory + product availability we are unable to honor price adjustments at this time.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?
- If your purchased item is defective, please email us @ love@birdiebee.com within 7 days of your delivery date.
- Issues reported after 7 days of delivery date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with no guaranteed eligibility for store credit.
Can the items be exchanged?
- Please contact love@birdiebee.com for inquiries.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported when applicable:
- Refund to the original payment method. (Please see the previously listed terms + conditions regarding a refund to your original form of payment, to see if your item may qualify.)
- Store credit. (Store credits are issued via gift card.)
How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email + informed about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.
- Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days once the approval process has been completed.
- Standard $8 restocking fee may apply.
- In instances when multiple returns are made using the same store credit, the cost of shipping may be deducted from the total of your refund or store credit.

I'm unsure about sizing and fit. What do I do?
We’ve provided a size and fit guide to help you determine the appropriate size for apparel + intimates. If you would like additional assistance with finding your size, please contact our BIRDIEBEE customer service representatives @ love@birdiebee.com. *More in-depth details below.*
I ordered the wrong size! How can I edit my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders once they are placed. If you selected an incorrect size or color, please notify customer service at love@birdiebee.com. *There is no guarantee this can be updated before shipment, but we will try to be accommodating whenever possible.*
Why was my order cancelled or items from my order cancelled?
Unfortunately, some items may be out of stock or lost during shipment. We apologize if your order or an item from your order was cancelled. Please note that cancelations are automated by our system — we are unable to cancel items manually.
I received an incorrect or damaged item within my order. What do I do?
Apologies, we strive for perfection but mistakes may occasionally happen! Don’t worry we’ll be sure to make things right… Please contact customer service at love@birdiebee.com for assistance. Please do not return the product without contacting customer service first. To help expedite your request, please include your order number and an image of the item your issue pertains to in the body of your email.
Is there a warranty for your products?
BIRDIEBEE covers apparent merchandise malfunctions and/or defects in material and/or workmanship under our 30 day warranty — which begins on the date the item was delivered. Apparel and accessories are exclusively covered when purchased from Birdiebee.com or an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover third party and reseller sites. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product qualifies as warrantied, BIRDIEBEE will repair or replace the item with the same item, a comparable item or a merchandise credit. If you purchased the product from birdiebee.com, please email love@birdiebee.com (subj: WARRANTY INQUIRY.) If you purchased the product from an authorized BIRDIEBEE seller, please contact the retailer directly.
Why does my item fit differently?
Every style, fabrication and body fits everybody differently... We're here to help! Please email love@birdiebee.com for assistance during your shopping experience if you would like detailed information about fits and measurements. *Although we are unable to predict exactly how an item will fit you personally, we can give help give some insight and help you shop with confidence!*
How do I submit an international return?
Returns on International orders will be processed within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping + $20 restocking fee. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, to purchase electronic gift cards, please click here.
Gift cards are delivered by email + contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. There are no additional processing fees associated with our gift cards. Gift cards can be used on all Birdiebee.com items.

I made a purchase with a gift card, can I return the item?
You are welcome to exchange purchases placed on Birdiebee.com. Gift Cards, this amount will be credited to your Gift Card balance to re-purchase online.
*Please note, under no circumstances can a gift card be reimbursed for cash, returned or refunded.*
