If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Birdiebee within 14 days of the date your order was placed. We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn, altered or washed. All returns are subject to an $8 restocking fee.
Once you submit your return request, you will be sent a a UPS pre-paid return label. An $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To start your return, click HERE. Drop off your return package at your local UPS drop off location. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your full refund. *Birdiebee reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

Worn or laundered garments/garments with hangtags removed. (Tip: to ensure proper hygiene, please wear your underwear beneath the try-on item. Also, please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.)
Returns on International orders will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method that offers a trackable shipping number. For return questions, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are unable to process returns for any intimate items that have been worn, altered or washed. All intimates returned must be in new and unused condition. All intimates that meet the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE:
If you receive a gift with purchase based on your order dollar amount meeting or exceeding the threshold stated and return full priced items which lowers your order total to below said threshold, you will be charged for the gift with purchase. The charge will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
30-DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Birdiebee covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from Birdiebee.com or an authorized dealer.
The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Birdiebee will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item.
